不活動就很累！9成癌友都合併這疾病
許多親友、家屬認為，癌友在化療時期「會累很正常」，事實上其實是癌友同時罹患「癌因性疲憊症CRF」，造成體力不堪負荷、嚴重打擊患者治療意願，甚至被迫中止化、放療。不過日前國內完成一項大規模四期臨床試驗，證實「癌因性疲憊症CRF」可靠藥物治療改善，該成果已刊登在國際知名期刊《Cancers》。 《ETtoday健康雲》報導，根據台灣癌症安寧緩和醫學會過去調查統計，高達92%癌友同時罹患「癌因性疲憊症CRF」，更有1/4已達需藥物協助治療的中重度，不妥善因應，將削弱體力、嚴重打擊患者治療意願，甚至被迫中止化、放療，長久以來，成為公認無法滿足的醫療需求(Unmet medical needs)。 醫界致力讓癌友如期完成療程、不因故中斷或拖延治療；長庚、馬偕等共9家醫學中心日前完成一項長達6年的大規模四期臨床試驗，共收治310名「癌因性疲憊症CRF」癌末病人，且經雙盲試驗證實，接受藥物治療者，近7成受試者的癌疲憊狀態，獲得有效且明顯的改善；臨床成果論文更在今年2月獲國際知名期刊《Cancers》刊登發表。 台灣癌症希望基金會董事長、基隆長庚血液腫瘤科主治醫師王正旭指出，「癌因性疲憊症治療指引」將該疾病處置分為「非藥物」和「藥物」，輕度階段，能透過認知療法、運動等非藥物處置改善，一旦惡化到中、重度以上階段，適度藥物介入便成為必要手段。 王正旭提醒，其實從罹癌開始，「癌因性疲憊症CRF」可能就已熱銷排行榜精選經找上門，因此癌友若能在KPS(癌症病患執行日常活動的行為能力)良好的狀態、及早接受癌疲憊治療，獲得的療效會愈好。
